Q. Where are you located, and how far do you deliver?
A. We are located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our campers are available to renters throughout most of Southwest Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana. We have flat delivery fees that are determined by ZONE. Please see Pricing & Policies to find your ZONE for delivery.

Q. Can I tow the camper myself?
A. If you have the proper tow package, towing insurance coverage, and experience…yes. The FAN, Winnebago and Aristocrat both have a 2″ hitch and 7-way round plug for your vehicle and you must have a functioning brake controller. The Scamp has a 4-way flat plug for your vehicle to power the running lights. To tow distances beyond ZONE 2 there is a cost of 40¢ per mile. For Long-Haul Towing (100+ miles), please call (513) 580-4660 for pricing.

Q. What if there’s inclement weather?
A. If severe weather is in the forecast you have the opportunity to reschedule your rental at no additional cost to you. Safety is our number one concern! Well… safety, and fun.

Q. What are the requirements to rent a camper?
A. The renter must be at least 25 years old, have a major credit card (which we keep on file in case of damage), and pay the $150 reservation deposit at the time of booking.

Q. How does the Reservation Process work?
A. When you click “Book Now” or “Check Availability” you will go to a calendar page where you select your dates. (This is a good time to get your campsite booked, too). If a camper isn’t visible on Step 2 that means it’s booked for that time period. The form will ask how many people will be staying in the camper, this doesn’t effect the price. You will go to another window to book your camper. Fill out this form with delivery address, click the button and you will be taken to a SECURE Paypal deposit invoice page. Once we receive your deposit and details including address and usage, we will send you an invoice for the remainder of the cost to rent.

Q. Why do you require a $250 Security Deposit?
A. $250 will be held as an Authorized Security Deposit, collected the first day of rental. In the unfortunate event that there are any missing items, a moved trailer, damages, or excessively dirty conditions, money will be deducted from the $250 to cover the costs. If all looks good, you will be refunded immediately.

Q. Can I bring my pet?
A. Arrangements can be made under special circumstances. Please let us know before booking.

Q. How are the campers powered?
A. Our campers are equipped with a standard RV 30 amp which is used to plug into the power source available at a campground site or a generator. Please reserve a site with the common 30 amp hookup. The Aristocrat, Winnebago and Scamp have propane tanks to power the gas stoves and 12-volt power for lights.

Q. Do the campers have water onboard?
A. The FAN has a kitchen sink and cold water faucet, but does not have a holding tank. There is a clean hose for water hookup from the campsite to the kitchen sink. If you wish to use this feature, please choose a campsite with water hookup.

The Aristocrat Lo-Liner, Winnebago and Scamp each have fresh water tanks onboard!

Q. Is there a bathroom?
A. Only the Winnebago has a dedicated bathroom (toilet only). Most campgrounds have clean bathrooms and showers available. We do have portable toilets and privacy tents available. You can select either / both / and more on the reservation form.

Q. How many people do the campers sleep?
A. The FAN will accommodate 2 – 3 people – The Winnebago and Aristocrat, 4 – 5 people – The Scamp, 3 – 4 people. If there are more to your party, please let us know. We can arrange to provide you with comfortable tents with cots and other creature comforts.

Q. Can I look at the camper before renting?
A. Yes! Please call 513-580-4660, if you wish to set up a time to stop by and take a look at the campers.

Q. Is there insurance coverage?
A. Route Fifty Camper Travel Trailers are covered by liability insurance. We do ask that renters sign a waiver saying we are not responsible for accidents within the trailers. If there is damage to a trailer caused by an act of nature you are not held responsible.
